I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend of mine and decided to order a custom neon sign with his nickname on it for his room. At first I wanted to get a Full color LED Track Letter sign but it was too big and thus too expensive for a birthday gift. After I received the first free quote I thought I won't get the sign and look for something else. They helped me find a cheaper alternative (custom neon sign) which was suitable, in no time. My questions were answered very quickly and precisely while being super friendly. The sign looks exactly as imagined and my friend was super stoked when he received it. They also sent me regular updates and pictures of the finished product. I would definitely recommend. The product is great and of high quality and the customer service is unmatched!
