Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Considering we offer such a wide range of creative designs, it is more efficient for us to make each order individually as the product will be unique to the buyer.

Normally, our goods will be ready within 3-5 days after payment and the goods will get shipped after 5-7 days. 

Please factor this manufacturing stage into the total time it will take to receive your goods. The date of arrival can be estimated combining Average manufacturing time + Standard Shipping time. (About 1-2 weeks total)

You will also receive a photo of your sign prior to being shipped to ensure you are happy with the product and everything meets your required needs.

Expect an email within 5-7 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

SHIPPING

We offer Standard international shipping to the following locations: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or calculated and included in your quote (Custom Orders)

 

International Duties & Taxes:


Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authority. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Light By Larry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@lightbylarry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Upon receiving your product, If there is a quality issue at the fault of our manufacturing, we will send a new replacement product. This includes if the item is defective or damaged.

We will ask you to send us sufficient proof and evidence of the issue using images and video. This evidence will be compared to our own documentation of the state our factory sent the product

We will evaluate the product and advise if a replacement is applicable, if the product issue is not a quality or manufacturing fault we will not offer a replacement. If there is any faults in the product quality or damage done at the manufacturing stage we will replace the exact product with a new one.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We can not offer a refund on products, only a replacement. A refund would require the purchased product to be sent back to our factory, this is unrealistic due to the shipping rate being similar to the cost of the product itself. We therefore offer replacement's to avoid any return shipping costs.
