Refund policy

At Light By Larry, we stand by the quality and durability of our LED lighting products. That’s why we offer a 12-Month Warranty Guarantee on all purchases, giving you complete peace of mind.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will ask you to send us sufficient proof and evidence of the issue using images and video. This evidence will be compared to our own documentation of the state our factory sent the product

We will evaluate the product and advise if a replacement is applicable, if the product issue is not a quality or manufacturing fault we will not offer a replacement. If there is any faults in the product quality or damage done at the manufacturing stage we will replace the exact product with a new one.

We can not offer a refund on products, only a replacement. A refund would require the purchased product to be sent back to our factory, this is unrealistic due to the shipping rate being similar to the cost of the product itself. We therefore offer replacement's to avoid any return shipping costs.

 

What’s Covered?:

If your LED light experiences a manufacturing fault or product defect within 12 months of the purchase date, we’ll happily send you a replacement unitcompletely free of charge.

 

What Qualifies as a Warranty Issue?:

  • Product not functioning due to internal electrical failure
  • Faulty LED components or power supply issues
  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Products damaged by the outdoor elements (Rain, Wind, sun) must have been treated for outdoor use to be covered under warranty.

 

What’s Not Covered?:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs
  • General wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
  • Products damaged by outdoor elements (Rain, Wind, sun) which have NOT been treated for outdoor use will NOT be covered.


How to Claim:

Email us at support@lightbylarry.com with your order number, photos + video of the issue, and a brief description.

  1. Our support team will assess the fault within 2–3 business days.
  2. If approved, we’ll send a replacement light at no cost to you.
  3. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


If your replacement is accepted, we’ll have a new product made and shipped directly to you at no cost.
